While content metadata is public, accessing and viewing Anime, Manga, or Webtoon content requires a registered account. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.

YokaiVerse utilizes a hybrid translation system consisting of human-verified translations and automated AI processing. Users may integrate their own Third-Party AI API keys to enable real-time translation features.

The operational logic follows a strict hierarchy: human-verified translations are prioritized; if unavailable, the system utilizes the user's connected AI API; if no valid Third-Party API is provided, content remains in its original language. YokaiVerse is a platform provider and does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. All costs and usage limits associated with Third-Party APIs are the sole responsibility of the user.

We use non-personalized, contextual advertisements. Ads are served based on the content genre or general site activity, rather than individual user profiles or behavioral tracking.

We reserve the right to add or remove support for specific Third-Party AI providers at any time without prior notice to the user.

YokaiVerse reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through an on-site notification 7 to 30 days in advance. By registering and continuing to use the service, you provide legal consent to these terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the platform.

Upon registration, every user is assigned a unique @username. While users may set a "Display Name", the @username remains the permanent unique identifier. To protect user privacy and prevent identity theft, once an account is deleted, its @username is permanently retired and will never be made available for registration again.

The only exception to this lock is a formal reclamation request by the original owner, which requires verification of exact account creation dates, historical display name logs, and last viewed content. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent impersonation within the community.

By registering, you certify that you are at least 16 years of age. YokaiVerse is a 16+ platform. Our verification is based on the birth year provided during registration; providing false information holds YokaiVerse zero liability for any content encountered.

Users under 18 can view and "like" age appropriate content but are strictly prohibited from participating in Forums or Comment sections. Access to adult-oriented content and community features is reserved strictly for users aged 18 and older. Any user under 18 found bypassing these restrictions will be banned immediately.

If a user is found violating age restrictions, engaging in harassment, or bypassing security, their IP address will be permanently blacklisted. Any new accounts created from a blacklisted IP will be terminated automatically. Users are solely responsible for their actions; in the event of illegal activities, YokaiVerse will cooperate fully with local law enforcement by providing all available logs and behavioral data without delay.

For users between 16 and 18, the account must be linked to a verified Parent/Guardian account. Parents have comprehensive oversight, including screen time management, content filtering by tags or genres, and full visibility into viewing history.

The parent account holds administrative authority, meaning the minor cannot change birth years or sensitive settings without authorization. Parents can also remotely delete the minor's account at any time. Upon reaching age 18, these restrictions are automatically deactivated.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Personal Data Protection Law KVKK remains the primary legal framework for all interactions. You agree that the courts and execution offices of Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
